LCHF Diet, comments and thoughts
It has been about 2 weeks since I have started the Low Carb High Fat diet or otherwise known as LCHF. I was looking for something that I wouldn’t be hungry. My thoughts so far are that there has to be something to this high fat diet. I’m not hungry all the time, and I don’t feel bad like I did with high protein low carb when I was younger. I don’t have as many cravings for sugar or bread. I’m feeling quite good right now and have lost 13lbs and plan for many many more to be lost.
