So Week 1 of trying out something different. I have to say that it was a success. I am back down to where I was before I blew up my diet. It’s a little slower that I want it to be, but oh well. Progress is progress right? Also, I have made it a point to keep up with my weekly goals. So, this past week Saturday-Sunday I went to the gym a few days and did some wii fit (calculated my calories burned using my new heart rate monitor. I did 203 minutes of exercise and burned 1628 calories last week. Now, the problem is, is that Auntie Flo came for a visit so water retention is going to ensue, but lucky for me it won’t affect me much on weigh in day. Here’s hoping to another good week of not going over on my calories and trying to become a fit mom.
