GRAIN-FREE SANDWICH BREAD
So, today I am reviewing a recipe that I found on Against All Grain. It’s a recipe for a bread that uses Cashew Butter and coconut flour.

First, I’d like to say that despite it not looking as good as the one in the picture it tastes really good. I think my problem was that I wasn’t as precise as I should have been in the measurements. I think I used too much almond milk. As for the color, I’m not sure why it’s so much browner than the one from the website. Perhaps it’s the brand of cashew butter that I used. Overall, I’m pretty happy with it, I will have to get a smaller bread pan since the one I have is a few inches larger or make a double batch for next time. I’m quite happy with the texture and flavor of this bread. I highly recommend it.
